JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Understanding company services and product portfolio
2. Identifying company’s target customers from web research, search
engines, portals, social networking sites and building the customer
database
3. Contacting prospective customers over calls and emails to
understand their current IT requirements and schedule meetings for the
outside sales team
4. Sharing company profile and relevant information with the
prospective customer
5. Achieving daily lead generation targets
6.Maintaining company’s web based sales portal with customer’s
contact information and daily activities
7.Report daily and weekly sales activities to the reporting manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
1- 3 years in inside sales.
Required Abilities:
1.Strong verbal, communication and technical writing abilities
2.Candidate should have experience in Lead generation.
3.Fully computer literate (Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel,
Powerpoint, Word, Basic network concepts). Computer graduates will be
preferred
4.Candidate should be able to learn quickly, take the initiative to
learn more by using internet resources and collaborate with team members.
5. Organized, self-disciplined and professional in demeanor
